At CSPC India, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Eligible Products: Most items purchased from CSPC India are eligible for exchange, provided they meet the general eCommerce return criteria (e.g., unused, in original packaging).

Non-Eligible Products: The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital items

• Refurbished laptops

• Custom desktop PCs

2. Return Timeframe

• Customers must initiate the exchange process within 5 days of receiving their order.

3. Return Process

• To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@cspcindia.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

• Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

4. Refund or Exchange

Exchanges: We do not offer returns. Exchanges are available only if the product is non-working, damaged, or defective upon arrival.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product.

5. Shipping Costs

• CSPC India covers the cost of return shipping for items that are defective or were shipped incorrectly.

• For any other issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

Sale Items: Sale items may not be eligible for exchanges. Please contact us to confirm the eligibility of your sale purchase.

Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize your exchange request and cover the return shipping costs.

8. International Returns

• We currently do not offer international shipping. Our return policy applies only to orders shipped within India.
